Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 ripe pineapple
2 cups of full cream milk
Sugar or honey (2 tbsps)
Ice cubes
Procedure :
Peel the fruits, wash and cut into sizeable bits.
Put fruits in a blender, add milk and sugar or honey.
Blend for about 2 minutes.
Add ice cubes and blend until very smooth.
Pour into a smoothie cup and enjoy with your dinner!!
