Begin your day with this delicious stir - fry noodles recipe.

Ingredients
Noodles
4 Bonga fishes
Onions
Bell peppers, chopped
Carrots, diced
Noodle seasoning and chili
3 tbsps of vegetable oil
Procedure
Cook the noodles on medium heat, strain and set aside.
Pour vegetable oil in a sauce pan, stir - fry the onions for a minute.
Pour in the deboned Bonga fish, pepper and carrots. Allow for 2 minutes.
Pour in the noodle seasoning and chili and allow for a minute.
Pour in the cooked noodles, stir for a minute.
