SUYA STIR - FRY RECIPE

Who doesn't love SUYA??
This is an incredible sauce, it's very easy to prepare and you'll be asking for more!!

Ingredients 
Suya 
Red pepper, chopped 
Corn flour, 2 tbsps 
Suya pepper, 3 tbsps 
Soy sauce 
Red onions, chopped 
Spring onions, chopped 
Carrots, diced 
Vegetable oil 
Green pepper, chopped 
Green beans, chopped 
Seasoning 
Salt 
Curry 
Thyme 



Procedure 
Get a bowl. 
Combine the corn flour and Suya pepper.
Add little water, mix together into a thick or watery paste. Set aside.
Place pan on fire. 
Add some oil. When the oil gets hot, add the Suya bites.
Stir fry for a few seconds.
Add the onions (both red and spring onions), red pepper, green pepper, green beans and carrot.
Add some spices, Thyme, curry, seasoning, salt and some Soy sauce.
Add the flour and pepper mixture.
Stir thoroughly and fry for a seconds.
Viola!!
Your Suya stir fry sauce is ready!
Serve with rice or yam.

VANILLA THINS

Vanilla thins are a very thin, crisp, buttery cookie, easy to make with a crunchy, caramelised texture. Delicious with coffee or tea. Ingredients  1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened 1/4 cup sugar A pinch of salt  1 large egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon all purpose flour Procedure  Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Beat butter, sugar and salt with an electric mixer at moderately high speed until pale and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add egg, vanilla and then flour and mix at low speed until just combined.  Drop level teaspoons of batter about 3 inches apart on buttered baking sheets.  Bake cookies in batches until just golden around edges, 6 - 8 minutes.  Cool completely on a metal rack and enjoy with coffee or tea. 

BANANA - COFFEE SMOOTHIE

For all the coffee lovers in the house, how about this for a wake up call?  This coffee - protein smoothie is full of flavours and very refreshing! Ingredients  5 ripe bananas  Ground coffee (2 tbsps) Milk (1 cup) Sugar (2 tbsps) Procedure  Dissolve coffee in a cup of water and mix well.  Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.  Pour sliced bananas in a blender.  Add milk and sugar.  Blend until smooth.  Strain the coffee mixture into a glass or mug.  Add the banana milk mixture.  Give it a light stir.  Enjoy! .
